Common Questions
How often should I wash my house?
In the Bay Area, we recommend every 12–18 months. Homes near trees or in shaded areas may need it annually. Our soft wash treatment keeps growth away longer than standard pressure washing.
Will it damage my plants or landscaping?
No. We pre-wet and cover all landscaping before we start. Our cleaning solutions are biodegradable, and we rinse everything thoroughly when we’re done.
How long does a house wash take?
Most homes take 2–4 hours depending on size and condition. Two-story and heavily stained homes may take a bit longer. You can be home or away — we just need water access.
What’s included in a house wash?
